Globix offers flexible Managed Services packages, fashioned from the combined experiences of
many Globix clients, so you can choose the package that best fits your needs.
Globix Standard Monitoring
Globix System Support Basic
If you want automated monitoring services and the added security of having someone in the
Globix Data Center 24 hours a day to troubleshoot, Globix System Support Basic is for you. Globix
will notify you within 15 minutes if it discovers irregularities in your monitoring, and will be your
“virtual hands” in the Data Center, handling issues that arise when you are not on site. Plus, your
Service Requests will have priority over clients without Globix Managed Services. In addition to
the Standard Monitoring, this package provides:
Globix System Support Plus
If your site requires the highest level of OS support available and you need Globix to help you with
installing OS patches, replacing faulty equipment, monitoring or troubleshooting, Globix System
Support Plus is the answer. Globix will notify you within 15 minutes if irregularities occur in your
monitoring. In addition, your Service Requests will have priority over clients without Globix
Managed Services. In addition to the Standard Monitoring, this package provides:
