This position will be first level help desk support of the Remedy AR software and customized schemas and workflow. Assist with debugging existing programs, test new design replacement functionality, and implement new functionality. Architecture of technical solutions involving multiple programs and services is an integral component of the position.
Position Qualifications Required
Responsibility and Decision Making
— This position requires the ability to make decisions on programmatically design and implementation techniques.
Education/Experience
— Computer Science degree or equivalent plus 1-3 years experience in Remedy Systems.
Skills
— 1-3 years experience in Remedy Systems with strong knowledge of Schema development.
Special Requirements
— Ability to meet project deadlines. Self-starter who can work with limited direction.
