Administrative Tools
ADMINCENTER is a unique, Web-based administration portal that you can use to quickly and conveniently manage your messaging and collaboration environment. ADMINCENTER allows you to assign one or more “organization administrators” who will be able to perform administrative functions for their site, department, or team.
USERCENTER is an easy-to-use, Web-based interface that enables end-users to manage selected aspects of their own accounts.
Backup and Recovery
We conduct daily and weekly full backups of your Exchange storage groups/mail databases. Weekly backups are archived and stored in an offsite fireproof vault for a period of five weeks. Monthly, a full backup is tagged for a three-year retention period.
