Bell Technology Group Commences Trading On German
Exchanges
– Bell Technology Group Now Listed on Both Berlin
and Frankfurt Exchanges –
New York, NY ñ October 14, 1997 ñ Bell Technology Group Ltd. (Nasdaq: BELT,
BELTW) announced today that the Company has been listed on both
Germanyís Berlin and Frankfurt stock exchanges. The Companyís shares
trade on the "Third Segment" or Over-The-Counter ("OTC")
market under the symbol "BTY."

leading OTC market. This listing places Bell within a distinguished
