NEW YORK — November 27, 2001 — Globix Corporation (NASDAQ: GBIX) today announced it has rescheduled a conference call in which the Company planned to discuss its fiscal 2001 financial results.

The Company now anticipates it will host a conference call on Wednesday, December 19, 2001, to discuss its financial results. The call was previously scheduled to take place on November 29. The Company will release details concerning the new conference call as they become available.
